Kimberly Ericksen

Kimberly Ericksen, wife to Kent, and proud Mom to Tori and Matthew, was diagnosed in May with Glioblastoma, a rare brain cancer.  Both Kent and Kimberly worked full time to support their family, but Kimberly is no longer able to work and Kent has exhausted his FMLA.  Kimberly is currently undergoing treatment and the medical bills are staggering. 

The Vorel Family

Kendall, Lauren and Taylor Vorel lost both of their parents within 6 months of each other. Their Mom, Patti, a pillar in the Elmhurst Community, lost her battle with breast cancer, and their Father, Mark, known for his kind heart, passed away from a brain tumor. Since the passing of their parents, the sisters have had to run the household on their own: paying bills and a mortgage, and keeping up with a home that needs many repairs…all while working and attending college.
